The Bielomatik is a fully automated binding line for spiral wire and plastic binding at speeds of 30 and 24 books/minute. The output of plastic spiral is increased by up to five times any other existing method, making both binding types more affordable with versatile options, resilient binding and a wide range of color possibilities. The significant increase in speed and output allows Binding Edge to compete on a national level. Geographical borders no longer exist because the cost savings of this efficient technology has basically eliminated the freight expense.

Inline Binding The spiral coils start out as plastic filament, which are formed into various sized coils before being bound into documents. The binding process includes punching the pages, inserting the coil, cutting and crimping the ends of the coil. Books will lie flat and pages can be folded back for easy reference.
